What files do I need to submit for a custom order?
lease provide your tech pack, design sketches, reference photos, or physical samples. Our design team can also assist with design development.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per style/color/size. For hand crochet beachwear, there is no minimum order quantity — you can order from 1 piece for sampling.
*Note: Specific Fabrics Might Require Higher MOQs.
Can I customize with my own brand label?
Yes. We offer full private label service including woven labels, hang tags, poly bags, and custom packaging. Please send us your brand files.
What is your sample policy?
We can produce samples before bulk order. Sample cost will be refunded upon placement of bulk order above [your threshold] pieces.
What’s your payment terms?
30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment, L/C at sight(Only suitable when total amount is above 100,000USD)
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide via sea freight, air freight, or express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We can also work with your appointed freight forwarder.
How long does it take to produce my order?
Sample production takes approximately 7-15 business days. Bulk production typically takes 30-60 days depending on order quantity and design complexity.
